Our privacy policy is very simple: we do not share your data with anyone, all contact information remains with Quantum. We may contact you while processing your order. We may at some point start sending marketing emails, but there will be an unsubscribe link included.
SHIPPING
We are not your usual retailer: most of the equipment we sell is large and heavy and require custom made pallets to ship and is sent through freight line. After you submit your "make an offer" or checkout, our shipping department will run shipping quotes to your address. The quotes will be based on your particular situation/equipment ordered, type of address, liftgate requirements,...

All shipping costs estimated for Google purposes only. Final shipping costs confirmed in advance of the final sale.
RETURN POLICY and NOTES:
Generators do not ship with batteries due to DOT regulations.
The sale of all Equipment shall be final and the Equipment may not be returned without Quantum Technology’s consent. If you have any problem, please contact us at info@quantumtechnology.net with your order number and we will do our best to assist you with any issues you might face.
In order to keep low prices, due to increased cost of supplies/labor please note the following: prior to placing an order please make sure you are ordering the correct equipment, If we accept a cancelation on an order that has been packed (whether shipped or not) you will be receiving store credit minus 10% restocking fee.
